PURPOSE:To remove thin cover without a core wire damaged, by holding between the holding tools on both side of a cutting blade the cover of an electric wire cut off by the tip of a pair of blades which are slightly bolder than the diameter of a core wire in the shape of solder and drawing it. CONSTITUTION:An electric wire 1 with a thin cover is drawn out as far as a predetermined position of a cutting machine 10 by cylinders 22, 23. A pair of cutting blades 11 which are slightly bolder in the shape of solder than a core wire placed upright in a blade mold 12 are pushed out from both sides to cut in the cover 2. And then both sides of the cut-in part is held by a pair of holding tools 31, 32 to draw the holding tools on the opposite side of the cutting blades 11, and the remaining cover is removed by removing tools 41, 42. Thereby, only the cover even in electric wire having a thin cover is removed without the core wire damaged. |
