PURPOSE:To provide a production system in which the change of the function of a production line can be easily attained. CONSTITUTION:A producing installment 3 which is actually installed and a simulator 4 which simulates the operation of the production facilities which are supported by the line controller 1 and are not as yet installed are connected through a communication synchronizing device 2 with a line controller 1 which controls the entire producing facilities. The communication synchronizing device 2 adjusts a timing for delivering signals transmitted from the producing installment 3 and the simulator 4 to the line controller 1, and prevents the occurrence of inconsistency. Therefore, work necessitated at the time of changing a function can be narrowed to only the exchange between the simulator and the actual producing installment. |
