PURPOSE:To precisely grasp a normal system state and to execute monitoring by mutually and normally receiving ordinary service radio wave signal and executing judgement by means of judgement reference. CONSTITUTION:Plural base stations 25-27 are provided within a service area so as to be connected to a central station 21 for executing general control and a switchboard 22 with a telephone network 20. Then, telephone service is executed by radio wave to the travelling station 28 within the servie area 24. When the travelling station 28 is called from a general telephon 23, the switchboard 22 executes a calling request (a) for the central station 21 after dialling. The central station 21 gives a call (b) to the base stations 25-27. The base station 25 with travelling station 28 inside the own radio wave territory transmits responce (c) to the central station 21 and the central station 21 executes the report of a number (place) (d) to the switchboard 22. The switchboard 22 executes connection to the base station 25 so that the general telephone 23 can make a call with the travelling station 28. In result, the radio wave signal of ordinary service is normally and mutually received and mutual monitoring is attained. |
