PURPOSE:To detect details of abnormal data, and to facilitate a correction of data by comparing storage data of first and second data or storage data of first and third data, detecting abnormal data, and correcting automatically its abnormal data to normal data. CONSTITUTION:When first data is written in a memory, second data and third data in at least two parts being the same as first data written in the memory become storage data, and the respective data are divided and written. In such a state, at the time of backup of memory data, first data and second data, first data and third data, and second data third data are compared, respectively, and in the case only data of one part is different, its data is decided to be abnormal data, the data of other two parts are decided to be normal data and the abnormal data is corrected automatically to the normal data. Also, in the case the data in three parts are all different, an alarm of generation of abnormality is outputted to the outside, and an address of the abnormal data is outputted. |
