WAVEFORM EQUALIZING CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To demodulate a decoded video signal without crosstalk from a multiplexed signal. CONSTITUTION:A synthesized modulated signal transmitted is received by an antenna 1 and an orthogonal demodulator 2 separates and demodulates a composite video signal and a multiplexed signal. A filter 8 outputs an Mt whose characteristic is reverse to that of a signal crosstalked from the composite video signal to the multiplexed signal. A filter 9 outputs St whose characteristic is reverse to that of a signal crosstalked from the multiplexed signal to the composite video signal. An adder 11 adds them to eliminate crosstalk from the composite video signal to the multiplexed signal. An adder 14 adds the output of a delay circuit 5 and the output of a filter 13 and output a composite video signal Mout2 after waveform equalization in which crosstalk from the multiplexed signal to the composite video signal is eliminated. A receiver side separates and demodulates the composite video signal and the multiplexed signal to obtain a signal whose characteristic is reverse to that of a crosstalk signal from the multiplexed signal to the composite video signal only and a decoded video signal subjected to waveform equalization is outputted by adding the signal and the decoded video signal.
