<p>PURPOSE:To provide a nonvolatile semiconductor storage and a data processor using it capable of preventing the runaway in a system without lowering the throughput of the system even when the read is performed while the data are written in the nonvolatile semiconductor storage by a simple additional circuit, in a data processing system sharing one nonvolatile semiconductor storage for a program and for the data. CONSTITUTION:The nonvolatile semiconductor storage is provided with a memory cell array part 1, an address latch 2, a data latch 4, a sense amplifier 5 and a write control circuit 7. The storage is constituted so as to be provided with a register 9 holding a prescribed command, a selection means 10 selecting the output of the sense amplifier 5 and the output of the register 9 based on a busy signal BUSY# showing the fact that the data is written in the nonvolatile semiconductor storage from the write control circuit 7.</p> |
