PURPOSE:To attain efficient reading work even when plural review members are discrete in place, and to facilitate communication between the review members or the access management of comment data, in a document managing device in which the reading work of a document is operated. CONSTITUTION:Plural document review processors are mutually connected through a network, and each processor is equipped with a review member managing means 21 which performs the access management from the review members to the comment data at every review object document, comment preparing means 23 for inputting a comment by a reader, answer preparing means 24 for answering the comment by an answerer, comment retrieving means 25 which retrieves only the necessary comment, comment display means 26 which arranges and displays the retrieved results, comment managing means 29 which manages the comment and answer data prepared by the plural readers or answerers, and displays and prints the reviewed results, and review information means 34 which manages the forwarding of various kinds of information documents for performing work adjustment between the review members. |
