PURPOSE:To suppress an initial curing velocity of a coating layer and to form the stable coating layer having a long life rigidly on the surface of a base material by coating the surface of the base material of a refractory with a coating material containing a specific amount of aluminum hydroxide. CONSTITUTION:Al(OH)3 is used as refractory to suppress the curing degree of a coating layer. However, when the initial curing degree of the layer is lowered correspondingly, the surface of the layer is easily damaged. On the contrary, it can be dealt with suitable regulation of content (adding amount) of Al(OH)3, type and using amount of binder. An added amount of Al(OH)3 is 10wt.% or more preferably 30wt.%. If it is 10wt.% or less, the curing speed is large, and hence it is not preferable. |
