<p>PURPOSE:To improve production capacity by providing a supply guide for temporarily containing a scribing ring and a discharge guide, and supplying a scribing ring to be used next while a die bonder processes as prescribed. CONSTITUTION:A scribing ring guide 15 has a supply guide 21 and a discharge guide 22. When the guide 15 is raised to become a state that a guide passage 22a becomes corresponding to conveying passages of a scribing ring supply- discharge controller 14 and a die bonder 11, used scribing ring 1 in the guide 22 is discharged. When the guide 15 is moved down and a guide passage 21a is disposed at positions corresponding to the passages of the controller 14 and the bonder 11, the ring 1 to be used in the supply guide is pressed to the bonder 11 side to be bonded. When the guide 21 becomes vacant, a new ring 1 is stocked from a magazine 58 in the passage 21a of the guide 21.</p> |
