When an output limiting 15 detects that PT 37 is turned on, the output limiting means 15 outputs an output of state '1' to the output setting means 13 of a control part 11a only in the case where a heater 17 is simultaneously driven. When the signal is inputted to the means 13, the means 13 read the set-up value corresponding to 1.6kW from a memory part and outputs it to an output means 12. The means 12 makes narrow the width of a drive pulse of a transistor 10 to increase an oscillation frequency, thereby suppressing the maximum set-up output of a heating coil 8 to 1.6kW from 2kW.
