PURPOSE:To improve the heat transfer coefficient, improve the cooling performance, and effectively correct the temperature gradient by applying a surface treatment to a heat exchange face, and increasing emissivity. CONSTITUTION:When an internal heat exchanger is a cathode gas guide pipe 14, the surface of the pipe made of a high-strength ceramic material is coated with a ceramic material having high emissivity such as LaMnO3 or LaCoO3 and baked. When the internal heat exchanger is an anode gas guide pipe, a surface oxidation treatment or a blast machining treatment is applied to the surface of the pipe, and the surface is blackened or formed into an irregular face. The emissivity is increased, and the cooling performance can be improved. When the surface treatment is applied to increase the emissivity in response to the offset of heating of a heat exchange face, the cooling efficiency is increased, and the temperature gradient of a fuel cell can be effectively corrected. |
