<p>PURPOSE:To start a generator from a low speed by outputting a power generation start signal when a one-phase generation voltage or a neutral point voltage of the generator exceeds a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION:A one-phase generation voltage Vac to be output from one of armature coils 11 of an exciting current controller is input to one input terminal of a comparator 4 through a resistor r1, and compared with a reference voltage V1. When it becomes the voltage V1 or higher, the comparator 4 applies a low level output voltage to a base of a transistor 6 through a base current limiting resistor r2 to turn ON the transistor 6 and to turn ON a switching transistor 7 thereby energizing an exciting coil 13 from a power source line L1, thereby strengthening a magnetic field to proportionally increase a generated voltage. As a result, an exciting current energization can be started at a low speed, the exciting current is conducted to the coil at the low speed, thereby starting a generator.</p> |
