PURPOSE:To provide the delay circuit which obtains a constant delay time at all times even if the source voltage supplied to an LSI varies in value. CONSTITUTION:The integrated circuit is equipped with 1st and 2nd delay circuits 2 and 3 which differ in delay time, a source voltage monitor circuit part 5 which detects variation in the source voltage Vcc, and a selector circuit 4 which selects one delay circuit on the basis of the select signal PHI from the monitor circuit 5 and delays an input signal by passing it through the selected delay circuit. Further, the source voltage monitor circuit 5 compares the corresponding potentials at a node n11 which varies in potential in proportion to the varying voltage value Vcc and a node n12 having the lowest potential value to detect the variation.
