PURPOSE:To reduce the cause of noise and to improve the transmission efficiency by locating a light emitting element or light emitting element on a rotary shaft making the same rotation as a rotating body and at the still part opposite on a rotary shaft and transmitting an electric signal or electric power in turn. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 13 of a rotating body 11 is supported freely rotatably by a fixing flange 14 and a rotary shaft 19 is connected to make the same rotation as the rotary shaft 13 in a case 17 mounted on a rotation transformer 16 for signal power supply. A rotation side conversion circuit 22 with a light emitting element 21 at the center of rotation is fixed to a fixing plate 20 at the end of the rotary shaft 19. At the opposite position, a fixture side conversion circuit 25 equipped with a light receiving element 24 is fixed inside a cover 23 opposite to the light emitting element 21. In short, the detection signal of a detection element 26 provided on the rotating body 11 is converted into the light and signals are transmitted between the light emitting element 21 and the light receiving element 24 in no contact. Thus, the signal is not changed by the mechanical structure and not affected by the rotation accuracy and speed. |
