Antineoplastic agents with improved efficiency contain as active substance the acetalic structure (I), in which R<1> stands for -H, -CH3 or -CH2-CH3; R<2> stands for -H or -CH3; when R<3> stands for a cytotoxic function F1, R<4> is a steroid bound at positions 1, 2, 6, 7, 11, 16 or 17 with affinity to the steroid hormone receptor or a carrier molecule with DNA affinity; when R<3> is a (C1-C18, saturated or unsaturated) alkyl residue or a carrier molecule with DNA affinity, R<4> is the cytotoxic function F2; when R<4> is a cytotoxic function F2, R<3> is a (C1-C18, saturated or unsaturated) alkyl residue or a carrier molecule with DNA affinity; when R<4> is a steroid bound at positions 1, 2, 6, 7, 11, 16 or 17 with affinity to the steroid hormone receptor or a carrier molecule with DNA affinity, R<3> is the cytotoxic component F1. |
