<p>A tooth including a flexible element (3) attachable to a crossbar (2) on a ploughing apparatus, and an operative element attached to one end of an arm (5). Said flexible element (3) consists of a number of flexible strips (6a-6b) curved into the shape of an 'e' and connected both on the apparatus attachement side, by two threaded yokes (12) passing around the apparatus crossbar (2) and co-operating with an L-shaped plate (8) to hold the curved end (7) of the flexible strips (6a-6b) against the lower front corner of said crossbar (2), and on the tool arm side, by a U-shaped cap (15) with flanges (17) for transversally locking the free end of the strips (6a, 6b) and a web comprising a longitudinal recess for receiving the tool arm (5a), by a clamping plate (16) inserted between the two flanges (17) of the cap (15), by locking studs (21) engaging holes in the strips (6a, 6b), and by attachment bolts (19).</p> |
