The process for the preparation of a stabilised streptokinase lyophilisate which can be reconstituted in infusion solutions in greatly diluted solution without the formation of substance-specific particles is characterised in that lyophilisation is carried out with a defined stabiliser mixture composed of human albumin, glycine, mannitol and sodium chloride.
