The lightweight structural panel serves for the production of preferably plastered, joint-free ceilings (floors) and/or walls, comprising particles which consist of expanded glass, expanded clay or the like, serve for the absorption of sound and are connected to one another by means of synthetic resin, under the influence of pressure. In order to be able to be used for cooling rooms, provision is made for a fluid pipe network (2) which serves for channelling heat away, can be connected to a coolant source and is integrated into the panel (1).
