The power supplying circuit includes a switch for receiving AC input power from a power input stage, a photo triac coupler for turning on/off the switch for the purpose of preventing a load from being overheated, a voltage sensor for receiving the AC input power from the switch and sensing the state of the load voltage, a relay which maintains on-state to apply voltage to the load in case of normal state and cuts off the voltage applied to the load when short is generated in the switch, a switch short protect portion for providing the relay with voltage cutoff signal when the switch short is generated, thereby preventing the heater from being overheated.
