摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a high magnetic density, Al-containing, one directional silicon steel plate, such composition steel is treated by cold rolling, decarboxylation annealing, and annealed in N2+H2 mixture having N2 partial pressure greater than a specified value, or further annealed at a higher temperature to complete the secondary crystallization. CONSTITUTION:Hot rolled steel plate containing by weight % C<=0.08%, Si <=4%, Al sol. 0.01 to 0.065%, and Mn, S as impurities is cold rolled. The cold rolled steel plate is annealed for carboxylation in H2 atmosphere, for example, then annealed in N2+H2 mixed atmoshpere having N2 partial pressure 10% or greater at 950 to 1150 deg.C for short period. This has no effect on the secondary crystallization of surface layer of steel plate, and only coarse grains grow. Next, the material is annealed in N2+H2 mixture with N2partial pressure less than before, at a slightly higher temperature. Thus, the process invariably provides Al-containing, one directional silicon steel plate having high magnetic flux density.
