The device comprises a sound sensing device (8) for sensing and reading surrounding sounds, a micom (1) for outputting buzzer sound signal and controlling buzzer volume in proportion to the sensed surrounding sounds, a voltage level adjuster (2) for adjusting a voltage level with the control of micom (1), and a buzzer sound controller (3) for controlling buzzer sound generation by the controlled voltage of the voltage level adjuster (2). The sound sensing device (8) has a surrounding sound sensing part (4), a sensitivity adjusting part (5) for adjusting sensitivity by removing d.c. components of signals, a amplifying part (6), a false signal removing part (7) for removing the false signal of amplified signals and giving it to the A/D conversion input port of the micom (1).
