<p>The cover comprises an inner moulding 3 of relatively hard plastics and an outer moulding 4 of soft foam, and is cut to form the "break" line 7 from the inside of the laminate using a laser which does not exert pressure on the cover and thus does not damage the soft foam. Also, by cutting through the hard polymer into the foam, a uniform cut is achieved. Ultra sonic or hot knife cutting may be used. <IMAGE></p> |
