CONSTITUTION:Electric energy of a solar battery 13 provided in a manhole lid 3 is accumulated in battery equipment 17 from which a power is supplied to a luminaire 7, ventilating fan 11, etc. Further, a limit switch 19 turned on and off according to the opening and closing of the manhole lid 3, a light sensor 21 for detecting the brightness in the manhole 1 and a light switch turned on and off according to an amount of light received by the light sensor 21 are interposed between wiring 15 from the battery equipment 17 to the luminaire 7 and ventilating fan 11. |
