PURPOSE:To provide a tread to a desired position by adjusting it freely, with an excellent productivity and economic efficient and with a post mountability for simple and firm fixing. CONSTITUTION:A fixing element for spiral stairs tread is constituted of a flexible strap 12 capable of interlocking around a strut 1 from the side of the strut 1 and having a free end 12c capable of interlocking with a tread bracket 2 and the bracket 2 provided to the strut 1 and having a clamping means of the strap 12 pressing the inside end 11 of the bracket 2 against the strut 1 and adjusted at the inside end 11 fixed to the strut 1. The strap 12 can be connected to a clamping and fixing block 13 having a single bolt or a plurality of bolts 14 at the free end 12. The bolts 14 are fixed to the bracket 2, and the bracket 2 can be interlocked with a back board 11 positioned between the clamping and fixing block 13 and strut 1. With the screw-in of the bolts 14, the clamping and fixing block 13 can be adjusted so that it is kept off the strap 12 clamped around the back board 11. |
