PURPOSE:To provide a through-anchor for a seat belt reducing pull-out force while preventing the deviation, torsion, and the like of a webbing since a roller with the webbing wound thereon always face positively in the webbing pull-out direction. CONSTITUTION:A through anchor fitted to the vicinity of the occupant shoulder part in the seat or body of an automobile so as to guide a webbing extended from the retractor of a seat belt to change its direction onto the occupant side is provided with a roller 24 rotated according to the pull-out/winding of the webbing wound thereon; a bracket 20 for journalling the roller 24 rotatably, fitted oscillatingly in the approximately horizontal direction to the body; and a guide member 26 fitted in the vertically oscillating state to the bracket 20 so as to lead out the webbing 5, wound on the roller 24, in the direction of the occupant. |
