DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To collect particulates by a filter element spirally wound by combining a stepped plate made of ceramic fibers having continuous protruded steps and a conductive ceramic plate and incinerate them by electric heating. CONSTITUTION:Honeycomb holes of a filter element 2 combining and winding a stepped plate consisting of ceramic fibers and a conductive ceramic plate are reciprocally blocked by a stopper material 23 on their upstream and are sealed by a sealing material 24 on the downstream of the honeycomb holes which are not blocked. Particulates of exhaust gas flowing in the honeycomb holes opened without the stopper material 23 are collected by a fibrous wall material and are incinerated and treated by heating by electrifying.
