<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive product with the simplification of a production process by a method wherein an upper material obtained by closing one end opening of a cylindrical body which is made of knit fabrics with rubber laminated on the surface thereof is hoisted into a last with the closed part thereof on the sole side, a sole material and a shoes member such as heel reinforcing member or the like are stuck on the surface of the upper material and then, a vulcanization is performed. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical long-sized body produced by knitting fiber yarn and an adhesive is applied on the surface thereof. Then, a highly weatherproof rubber layer is laminated on the surface of the cylindrical body with a rubber extruder and it is cut so that a horizontal open rim 3 is prepared on the one end side thereof and a skew open rim 4 on the other end side thereof separately to obtain a cylindrical body 5 made up of shrinkable knit fabrics having a rubber layer laminated on the surface thereof. Then, the skew open rim 4 is sewn to make an upper material 6 closed, which is hoisted into a last 18 with the sewn part 7 on the sole side. Thus, a sole member 8, a heel member 9 and a heel reinforcing member 10 or a shoes member such as decoration tape 11 are stuck on the surface of the upper material and a vulcanization and a cooling are performed.</p> |
