PURPOSE:To rapidly heat the hardened body and to prevent a nonuniform reaction due to the presence and absence of condensed water at the time of producing the hardened body of calcium silicate by using a specified spacer. CONSTITUTION:Plural rod-shaped spacer members 2 such as a metallic square pipe arranged in parallel are clamped by a metallic face plate 4 having many holes 4a and integrated to constitute a spacer 1. A formed body W (a slurry of the calcareous material and siliceous material mixed with a reinforcing material) is laminated on a truck 11 alternately with the spacer 1 and treated in an autoclave. The truck 11 has plural wheels 12 at the lower part, a rack 14 is inclined to the traveling direction at an angle of 2 deg. through a protrusion 13 furnished on one end side in the traveling direction, the spacer 1 and formed body W are laminated on the rack 14, and the laminate is inclined in the longitudinal direction. The laminate is introduced into the kettle of an autoclave along with the truck and treated while closing the kettle. |
