PURPOSE:To work a material to be worked such as a tile or a large ceramic plate easily and efficiently by fixing a diamond abrasive grain to a blade part of a metallic jigsaw base body in a jigsaw effective in cutting of a ceramic plate, slit work or the like. CONSTITUTION:This jigsaw is formed by fixing a diamond abrasive grain 3 to a blade part 2 of a metallic jigsaw base body 1 by a fixing means such as a metal bond, and carbon steel having an ordinary structure is used as the base body 1. A material having a particle diameter, for example, of about 80-325 mesh under is used as the diamond abrasive grain 3, and the fixing rate is set in a concentration degree of about 50-120. According to this jigsaw, cutting of a straight line or a curved line of a ceramic plate or the like or slit work can be carried out easily. Durability of the blade part is heightened, and the long-term use becomes possible. |
