PURPOSE:To obtain a window fixed type air conditioning apparatus which enables the prevention of thermal deformation of a structural body by detecting an air conditioning capacity due to a window closing operation and other factors other than that to generate an alarm. CONSTITUTION:When an operation is started with a window 13 closed by mistake, air to be discharged through an outdoor side heat exchanger 11 is cut off with a window 13 and sucked as intact into an outdoor side heat exchanger 11 with an outdoor side blower 10. Here, a CPU reads a temperature rise upper limit value from a memory while fetching a detection signal from an outdoor side detection means 17 for detecting the temperature of a structural body of a back panel 16. Then, the CPU compares the temperature of the back panel 16 with the temperature rise upper limit value and when the temperature of the back panel 16 becomes higher than the temperature rise upper limit value. an operation control means is turned OFF through an output circuit to stop the supply of power to a room side blower 4, an outdoor side blower 10 and a compressor 9. An alarm display means 20 is lit to tell a use that operation is done with the window closed. |
