<p>PURPOSE:To make the deflection amount for skew correction in a resist roller pair constant, in a copying device wherein a conveying device is arranged between a paper feeding device and the resist roller pair. CONSTITUTION:A feed roller 3 is stopped at the point when a sensor 21 detects the sheet tip after the feed roller 3 is turned on, and the feed roller 3 is rotated again after the fixed time passes, so as to feed the sheet to the rotating conveying roller pairs 5, 6 sides. The rotation of a stepping motor 5 for driving the conveying roller pairs 5, 6 is variably controlled by a control means on the basis of the difference between the time when the sensor 23 provided on the downstream side of the conveying roller pair 5 detects the sheet and the prefixed specific time, so as to make the arrival time to a resist roller pair 7 constant.</p> |
