PURPOSE:To enhance utility by preventing a deformation of an edge of a speaker at the time of mold releasing in the case of integral injection molding capable of easily adhering a cone of the speaker to its edge and maintaining the edge in a stable prescribed shape. CONSTITUTION:A previously molded cone 1 and a gasket 3 are inserted between a molding protrusion mold 4 having a cavity 10 for an edge of a prescribed shape between the cone 1 and the gasket 3 and a molding recess mold 5, an elastomer material for the edge is injection molded in the cavity 10. Thus, since a round part 13 of the edge is effectively supported between the gasket 3 and the cone 1 due to presence of the ringlike gasket 3, a stable shape is obtained, release of the edge from the molds is facilitated, and a deformation of the edge at the time of mold releasing is reduced. |
