PURPOSE:To provide a rear pad member which eliminates work of sewing a back plate on armor fabrics in this invention to solve problems of difficulty in fitting to the bending of a line as caused by irregularities and readiness to wrinkle near an angle of the bending as noted in the work of sewing the back plate on the armor fabrics of the conventional back pad member. CONSTITUTION:In a rear pad member of a back pack type bag which is made up of a rear plate 1, a cushion material 2 and armor fabrics 3 and has irregularities on the external surface thereof, the armor fabrics 3 are cut according to the irregularities of the cushion material 2, the end rim forming a valley part of the armor fabrics 3 cut is bent downward and joined on the end rim of another armor fabrics 3 cut to form a hollow part 4. Then, a surface fastener 5 is wrapped on a lower outside of the hollow part 4 to sew the end rim of the armor fabrics 3 securely on the surface fastener 5 and a surface fastener 5 is set on the rear plate 1 corresponding to the surface fastener 5 fixed on the hollow part 4. A cushion material 2 is arranged at a raised part between the rear plate 1 and the armor fabrics 3 to make a rear pad member for the back type bag. |
