METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING PREPREG LAMINATED MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To more efficiently laminate precut prepregs with desired accuracy corresponding to the lamination condition of a prepreg laminated material. CONSTITUTION:A feed device 2 for holding the prepreg tape 10 delivered from a prepreg tape roll 9 to allow the same to run is provided on the downstream side of the prepreg tape roll 9 and a servo motor is provided to the feed device 2 and rotated in a predetermined feed direction by the signal from a data forming device 6. A cutter 3 precutting a prepreg 11 into a prescribed shape without cutting release paper 12 is provided on the downstream side of the feed device 2. A cueing lamination process and a group cueing lamination process are controlled on the basis of the data formed by the data forming device 6 to perform cutting, the application of a mark and lamination to more efficiently perform lamination with desired accuracy.
