PURPOSE:To achieve high efficiency by providing a check valve for allowing refrigerant to flow in a direction opposite to a refrigerant circulation circuit between a four-way valve and refrigerant-water heat exchanger and providing an open/close valve for allowing refrigerant to flow in a direction of the refrigerant circulation circuit, by-passing the four-way valve and check valve. CONSTITUTION:Superheated refrigerant gas of high temperature and pressure delivered from a compressor 1 flows into a refrigerant-water heat exchanger 3 via an open-close valve 7, where water sent from a circulation pump 12 is heated by utilizing condensation heat of refrigerant and the water is stored in a storage tank 11. And pressure of the refrigerant condensed in the exchanger 3 is reduced at a pressure reducing device 4 and the refrigerant flows into an evaporator 5, where it absorbs heat of the atmosphere and is evaporated, which evaporated gas returns to the compressor 1 via the valve 2. When outdoor temperature falls in winter and frost attaches to the evaporator 5 and the temperature of refrigerant passing through the evaporator falls, flow direction of the valve 2 is changed over to a direction of broken line and the valve 7 is closed. As a result, the refrigerant gas delivered from the compressor 1 flows to the evaporator 5 via the valve 2, so that the frost is removed by means of condensation heat. |
