PURPOSE:To attain following of a seal means without leakage with respect to a relatively slack change of curvature in a wall surface. CONSTITUTION:A sliding ring 23 is fitted to a lower part main body 4 via a seal member and capable of approaching to and separating from a wall surface S. A brush 21 provided in the sliding ring 23 and is in contact with the wall surface S follows displacement in the vertical direction and a certain degree of inclination so as to maintain sealing performance with respect to a relatively slack change of curvature in a wall surface, since the sliding ring 23 is capable of not only vertical displacement but also a certain degree of inclined displacement because of an elastic function of sealing member.
