PURPOSE:To decrease production cost by simplifying a structure in a plate cylinder device of a rotary press in such a way that no necessity is given for setting a regulating shaft through a shaft direction of a plate cylinder body. CONSTITUTION:One side journal bearing 7 of a plate cylinder body 3 is made to project from a driving side frame 9, at this projected edge, a helical gear 27 is mounted freely to migrate only in a shaft direction, and a regulating means to a circumference direction of the plate cylinder body is set and a regulating shaft 31 is mounted freely to rotate and freely to migrate in a shaft direction in an inner hole portion 33 of the one side of the journal bearing 7. One edge portion of this regulating shaft 31 is connected to a shell cylinder 5 through a connecting portion material 30 and on the other edge portion a helical gear 35 is mounted freely to migrate only in a shaft direction, and a shell cylinder circumferential direction regulating means is set. Besides, on the other edge portion of the regulating shaft 31, a shell cylinder shaft direction regulating means is set and on an other side journal bearing 8 which becomes an operation side frame 10, a plate cylinder body shaft direction regulating means is set. |
