<p>PURPOSE:To prevent short circuiting from occurring between an electrified body and a coil due to fusing by connecting, with a folded member which is made of an electrified body of low resistance and high rigidity, the surface of which is coated with insulation material, the opposite end of a coil of a coil cylindrical body which is cylindrically coiled and a folded part of an electrified terminal on one end. CONSTITUTION:A heating coil body 1 is made of a coil 2 which is coiled to make a cylindrical body 20, and the other end part 21 of the coil at the other end of the cylindrical body 20 and an electrified terminal 3 on one end of the cylindrical body 20 are connected with a folded member 4 via a contact bonding terminal 5. The folded member 4 is constituted with an electrified body 41 of low resistance and high rigidity whose surface is coated with heat resistant resin 42 as an insulating material. When fusing work of injection molding of an electrical fusing joint is done with the heating coil 1, electrical heating is limited only to the coil 2, a part of the cylindrical body 20, the electrified body 41 of the folding member 4 does not generate heat. Therefore, the contact of the electrified body 41 and the coil 2 due to fusing is prevented, and short circuiting by fusing is prevented.</p> |
