PURPOSE:To increase the speed of the after-treatment while maintaining the paper aligning accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A device is provided with a control device 12 for computing a distance from a home position of a jogger bar 2 to the end surface of the paper on the basis of the paper information from a signal receiving means 10 and for controlling the moving speed of the jogger bar 2 at a high speed till the jogger bar 2 abuts on the paper and at a low speed after the abutment.
