PURPOSE:To eliminate irregularity in shrinking quantity and prevent shift of pattern. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises a cassette 1 with a green sheet 3 stuck thereon and equipped with a distortion gauge 2, a hot plate 4 for heating the green sheet 3, a measuring section 5 for measuring an output of the distortion gauge 2, and a controller 6 for controlling ON/OFF of the hot plate 4. Thus, the ON/OFF of the hot plate 4 is controlled by measuring the output of the distortion gauge, so that the shrinking quantity of the green sheet 3 can be kept constant without generating shift of pattern. |
