PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of a pattern encapsulated synthetic resin molded article by a method wherein molten resin is injected onto a pattern forming surface made of film or sheet, onto which character or pattern is formed so as to be made into an integral body. CONSTITUTION:The manufacturing method of the molded article concerned is performed by injecting thermoplastic resin so as to integrally mold the pattern encapsulated molded article after the sheet, onto which pattern is formed, is installed onto a mold under the condition that the resin injection pressure at a gate part is set to be 900kgf/cm<2> or less, the injection rate of the resin is set to be 1,500cc/sec or more and the surge pressure of the in-mold pressure of molten resin injected and charged in the mold is set to be 20kgf/cm<2> or less. |
