PURPOSE:To produce a design steel panel capable of being subjected to the lamination of a vinyl chloride resin film when the pattern printed on the film is laminated without stretching and contracting the film. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is applied to a steel panel to be heated and, thereafter, a thermoplastic polyvinyl chlorie resin film having a pattern applied to the upper surface thereof is laminated to the steel panel so that the rear surface thereof is bonded to the steel panel to produce a design steel panel. In this method, a composite film wherein a paper base material is laminated to the rear surface of the thermoplastic polyvinyl chloride resin film is used. |
