PURPOSE:To provide a cooling device for V-belt transmission device whose cooling performance is high, structure is simple and whose manufacturing cost is more reasonable, and which eliminates additional work such as maintenance due to installation of a cooling device. CONSTITUTION:A transmission case cover 32 is formed so as to cover a transmission case 8 which extends behind a vehicle and stores A V-belt transmission device 9 in it at the outer surface of the transmission case 8 of a power unit 5 which is integratedly provided with an engine 6 and the transmission case, and a cooling air passage 31 is formed between the transmission case 8 and the transmission case cover 32. The intake port 36 and the discharge port 37 of the cooling air passage 31 are formed in the transmission case cover, the crankshaft 16 of the engine 6 are extended to a cooling air passage 31 outside the transmission case 8, and a cooling fan 33 is mounted on the extension end of the crankshaft 16.
