PURPOSE:To realize effective use for radio communication service for ships by preventing an outsider from obtaining communication contents, by previously rearranging digital signals, obtained by sampling a sound signal, in fixed order. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal, sound signal (a), is sampled and converted into pulse information (b) consisting of A,B,C,D, and E, which is rearranged (c) in the previously-fixed order of C,E,B,D, and A and through conversion into analog information, information (d) of a waveform completely without reference to waveform (a) of original analog communication information can be obtained and is sent out. Synchronizing with the transmission side, the reception side samples and converts received information (d) into pulse information (c), which is rearranged in the opposite direction to previous order (d), thereby obtaining original analog signal (a). |
