<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly and cost-effectively produce polyester bottles by blow molding, which have a mechanical strength and excellent heat proofing, pressure proofing functions and recyclability, by using an insert-piece made by a rotary mold when blow-molding it. CONSTITUTION:Polyethylene terephthalate resin is melted at a higher temperature than its melting point and squeezed out by an extruder 1 and injected into a cavity 6 from the path 3 of a mouthpiece 2. A rotary core metal mold 4 ranges preferably 200-250r.p.m. and the polymer is extended and arranged to the rotary direction as soon as the molded polymer is injected into the cavity 6. Since the external metal mold 5 has been cooled by water and kept in about 25 deg.C or below, the resin is rapidly solidified to form an insert piece. Thereafter, it is molded as a unit in the parison molding process and then made by the blow molding.</p> |
