GRAPHITE-BASED GRANULAR LUBRICANT COMPOSITION FOR HOT PLASTICITY PROCESSING EXCELLENT IN CARBURIZATION-SUPPRESSIVE EFFECT

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition giving high lubricating effect and carburization-suppressive effect in subjecting hot processing to metallic materials, also resistant to oxidation for a long period of time and low dust generation. CONSTITUTION:This granular lubricant composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of graphite powder and 2-100 pts.wt. of alumina, alumina hydrate, aluminum hydroxide and/or aluminum different metal composite oxide respectively having 0.01-20mum mean particle diameter, and both of these components are granulated to have mean granular diameter of 0.2-8.0mm.
