发明名称 IMPACT FORCE CONTROL DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an impact force control device which controls the magnitude of impact force exerted to the object and working speed. CONSTITUTION:An impact force control device comprises an input piston 20 to receive input impact force, an output piston 22 to give output impact force to the object, the second chamber 62 where hydraulic pressure changes according to the input impact force, a relief valve 76 to open when the hydraulic pressure of the second chamber 62 reaches the set hydraulic pressure, and a variable throttle valve 78 to control moving speed of the output piston 22. While the hydraulic pressure of the second chamber 62 is lower than the set hydraulic pressure, motion of the input piston 20 is transmitted to the output piston 22 as it is, but after it reaches the set hydraulic pressure excess motion of the inlet piston 20 is absorbed and the impact force corresponding to the set hydraulic pressure is transmitted. Working speed of the output piston 22 is controlled by the variable throttle valve 78. Therefore the magnitude of the impact force to the object and the working speed can be controlled.
