PURPOSE:To enable stable manufacturing of a large sized molded article in a short time by a method wherein the tandelta of the epoxy resin intimate mixture in a mold is measured continuously so as to thermally cure and cool the mixture by controlling the temp. in the mold on the basis of the change of the tandelta. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1, at the upper part of which a resin pouring pot 6 and a resin storing pot 7 are provided, is housed in a heating and cooling chamber equipped with heating and cooling device, which can keep the temperature within the chamber at the predetermined temperature. In the resin storing pot 7, a tandelta measuring electrode 9 is provided so as to continuously measure the tandelta of epoxy resin intimate mixture 11 poured in the cavity 2 in the mold 1 with a tandelta measuring device 10. On the basis of the change of tandelta measured with the tandelta measuring device 10, the temperatures of the mold 1 and of the heating and cooling chamber 8 are adjusted to the prescribed temperatures. Accordingly, the curing and cooling processes of the epoxy resin intimate mixture 11 can be properly controlled, resulting in realizing necessary heating and cooling and, even in the case of a large-sized molded article, a molded article having favorable characteristics can be stably manufactured in a short time. |
