<p>PURPOSE:To enhance resolving power by redoubling the degree of accumulation of light emitting areas by providing first light emitting areas arranged at an equal interval and the second light emitting areas electrically connected to the first light emitting areas and arranged between the first light emitting areas at an equal interval. CONSTITUTION:A bump 26 is placed on a first electrode 15 and a second surface electrode 24 is provided on the bump 26 to heat the periphery of the bump 26 and first and second light emitting diodes 10, 19 are pressed from the outside to fix the first and second surface electrodes 15, 24. Respective second light emitting areas 25 are provided so as to be positioned at the almost central parts between first light emitting areas 14. That is, the interval between the certain first light emitting area and the adjacent second light emitting area 25 in an arrangement direction is made almost constant. As a result, since the degree of accumulation of light emitting areas is redoubled as compared with conventional one, resolving power is also redoubled. Since the bump is provided between the first and second surface electrodes to be electrically connected, connection work becomes easy.</p> |
