The bio-rythm display apparatus watch consists of a CPU memory, a key convert circuit, a time display and a bio-rhythm display which present the cycle of user bio-rhythm. The bio-rhythm display has the first or third emergency display which present the low-period, high-period, emergency and semi-emergency day, the first or third reference display which present the emergency and semi-emergency day of bio-rhythm, the first or third high and low period display which present the high and low period of bio-rhythm against hours on the upper and lower side of the above the first or third reference display respectively.
